Tools required:
Electric drill, 3/8" hex head bit, 1/2" drill bit, 9/16" wrench, measuring
tape |

Before you begin
Read the directions completely to make sure you understand and are comfortable
completing each step. Work slowly and be careful. Remove your watch, rings, and bracelets for safety.
Warning: Golf cart voltage can cause injury. Not experienced? Get professional
assistance. |
| |
Step 1: Safety
Park you golf cart on a level surface, apply the parking brake and remove the key.
Disable the vehicle following the manufacturer's
instructions. Remove the lower seat. |
|
| |
|
Step
2: Attach Brackets
Match the locators on the brackets for FLOOR as see
in the diagram and snap firmly into place. |
 |
| |
|
Step 3: Drill Cable Hole
Referring to the diagrams drill a 1/2" hole in the floor board for the power
cable. The general location concept is to place the blower high up the
floor board, centered, and a safe distance from the pedals. The cable hole needs
to line up with the middle of the back of the blower. |

 |
| |
|
Step 4: Attach Blower
Feed the power cable through the hole and center the
BREEZeasy
unit up against the cup holder bar on EZ-GO or aluminum rail on a Club Car.
On Club Cars only, on the bottom holes, place the included black spacers between
the blower and floor. Attach the unit by first marking than drilling 1/4"
holes and using the 1/4" Nylon bolts and lock nuts to secure the blower to the
floor. Be sure to hold the blower up and
tight against cart when marking holes. |
|
| |
|
Step 5: Power Cable
Feed the power cable into the battery compartment. Attach the cable securely to
the cart using wire ties included. Trim length of power cable as necessary.
Attach included ring connector to BLACK
ground side of cable and female connector to colored
usually gray side of cable. Connect the in-line fuse by pushing the
connectors firmly together. |
|
| |
|
| WARNING: Golf carts and
utility vehicles have sophisticated electronic controllers that can be damaged
by changes in voltage and polarity. Always follow the manufacturer's
instructions for attaching additional electrical devices to the vehicle.
Step 6a: Battery Connection - 12-Volt
Blower (36-Volt System)
For 12V blowers (36V carts), select two batteries connected
inline with each other. Connect one wire to each of two 6V
batteries to get the required 12V for the blower motor. Carefully connect the
ground wire to the negative (-) battery post as indicated. Then on the adjacent
battery connected inline, attach the red wire with the inline fuse to the
positive (+) battery post as shown. |
 |
| OR |
|
Step 6b: Battery Connection - 24-Volt
Blower (48-Volt System)
For 24V blowers (48V carts), the same as Step 6a except connect one positive and one negative wire only to each end of three
8-volt batteries connected in line to get the required 24V for the blower motor. |
 |
| OR |
|
Step 6c: Battery Connection - Gas
Powered Cart - 12-Volt Blower
Connect the ground wire to the negative (-)
battery post and the red positive wire attached to the inline fuse to the
positive (+) battery post. |
 |
| |
|
| Step 7: Feel The Breeze |
|
| Test the
BREEZeasy
using the 3-speed switch and reinstall the seat. |
