TecScan of North Florida, Inc.'s (TecScan) sole liability with respect to the express warranty shall be for TecScan, at its option, with regard to found defective item, to repair the item, replace the item, or refund the amount paid (not including any shipping or handling charges) for such item not to exceed one year from time of item's purchase. Return merchandise authorization must be granted prior to defective unit's return. Dealers shall not make or pass on to any party any warranty or representation on behalf of TecScan other than or inconsistent with the above limited warranty. Except for the express warranty set forth above, TecScan grants no other warranties, express or implied, by statute or otherwise, regarding the BREEZeasy blower unit and specifically disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We sometimes find it necessary to produce TecScan products with differently sourced components and materials than originally scheduled. All such components have been approved for use in TecScan products and will provide the quality performance associated with the TecScan name.
